Acadia.it with guarantee is always the best way to make reservations at our hotel. The HOTEL ACADIA *** DELUXE, through Acadia.it, offers the best price guarantee. This means that we guarantee that no other site will offer you a lower price for a room at the HOTEL ACADIA ***DELUXE.

What do prices refer to?
All prices are in Euro, and are per person per night and only include the overnight stay. You can personalize your stay with a wide choice of optional services, paying only for what you really use.

Do you expect to arrive late?
Please contact our reservation centre and we will wait you with a delicious snack on arrival.

When can we check in to the hotel?
On your arrival day check in begins at 3 pm.

On our departure day when do we have to check out?
On your departure day you must check out by 11 am. It may also be possible to check out by 7 pm but only after making arrangements with the reception. In this case you will be charged an additional € 10.00

Yes. So that you won't lose time when you arrive or depart.
  
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
You will need a credit card to make an online guaranteed reservation for your stay at the HOTEL ACADIA ***DELUXE (through Acadia.it).
  
Can I make a reservation through acadia.it even without a credit card?
At acadia.it you must have a credit card to make a reservation. For a written or telephone reservation you can also pay by bank transfer (for which you will be charged an additional € 8.00 reservation fee). If you go directly to the reception without a reservation, you can also pay in cash.
  
What credit cards can I use to pay for my stay at the HOTEL ACADIA ***DELUXE?
The HOTEL ACADIA ***DELUXE accepts Visa and Master Card.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION
What are the HOTEL ACADIA ***DELUXE reservation cancellation conditions?

Reservations guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled up to 21 days prior to your arrival date. Processing and insurance fees will not be reimbursed.

No reimbursements will be made for early departures or late arrivals.

Reimbursements will be made only by bank transfer. For the cancellation of the reservation an elaboration fee of € 8,00 will be applied.

For cancellations made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged for the entire stay.

We suggest that you take out a trip cancellation insurance policy (5% of the price of your stay). In this case you will be reimbursed for the entire amount of your stay.

If something happens and I cannot use my reservation, how long have I got in which to cancel it?
If you cannot take up your reservation, the latest time you can cancel is 21 days of your planned arrival:
- By contacting the hotel direct from 8,00 p.m. till 12,00 local time.
- The cost of the total journey of any reservation not cancelled before the 21 days will be billed.
