What do prices refer to?
All rates are in Euros and include bed and breakfast.
Tourist tax is charged per guest (over 14 years old) per night and is collected by the accommodation.

What are the reception hours?
At Alpstay Hotel Acadia - Adults Only the Reception is open from 8:00 am to 21:00 pm.

What time can I check in?
You can check in from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.

Are you expecting to arrive late?
Please contact the reservation office and let them know. We can then arrange for you to "Late Check In" and still have late access to the facility.

CHECK OUT
By 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Want to enjoy the day until the last minute?
It is possible to extend your stay until 20:00, subject to availability and arrangement with reception staff. The estimated cost for a late check out is €70 per person. It is not possible to reserve a late checkout until the day before your scheduled departure.

QUESTIONS ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS

Will the cost of the online reservation be automatically charged to my credit card?
The room amount will be deducted at the time of the free cancellation period. Remember to always check your balance and the cancellation deadline: the system will put unpaid rooms back on sale after the first failed transaction attempt!

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
A credit card is required to make an online reservation for your stay at Alpstay Hotel Acadia - Adults Only (via hotel-acadia.com).

Can I make a reservation on hotel-acadia.com without a credit card?
On hotel-acadia.com you can only book by credit card.
If you book by telephone, it is possible to pay by bank transfer after prior arrangement with the receptionist.

Alpstay Hotel Acadia accepts MasterCard and Visa.
All payments on site can be made in cash within the legal limits and/or with debit cards (ATM).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation conditions:

NON-REFUNDABLE
Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the entire stay will be charged. No refunds will be given for any reason.
No refunds, vouchers or future credit arrangements are possible under any circumstances or conditions.

REFUNDABLE RATE
A credit card is required at the time of booking as a guarantee, with a credit balance of at least the total amount of the reserved rooms and services. In case of cancellation or modification up to 5 days before the arrival date, there is NO penalty. In case of cancellation, modification, no-show, etc. within 5 days prior to the check-in date, there will be a 100% penalty. No refunds, vouchers or future credit arrangements are possible in any situation or condition in the event of a penalty.
Alpstay Hotel Acadia reserves the right to apply different cancellation policies in some special cases, such as group bookings.

We recommend you add our travel cancellation insurance to your booking. The cost of the insurance package is 5% of the total cost of your stay. If you take out this insurance, you will be refunded up to 100% of the amount paid in the event of a cancellation or change, provided that it meets the conditions laid down by the insurance company.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES ARE YOU COVERED BY TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE?
Sudden serious illness, serious health condition, caused by accident or death of the insured or the insured's spouse, cohabitant, parents, parents-in-law, children, sons- and daughters-in-law, brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers-in-law or a person whose name is added to the policy.
Aggravation of a pre-existing illness of the insured, pregnancy of the insured, inability of the insured to work, unexpected dismissal of the insured, unexpected call-up of the insured during the period of the booked trip, filing of a divorce petition by the spouse, failure to promote the insured to the baccalaureate examinations, prior to the immediate departure for the organised stay, serious damage to or burglary of the insured's property in his/her accommodation, where his/her presence is essential. The travel cancellation insurance is valid for up to 6 people who have booked the stay together and are insured, even if one of the above-mentioned reasons affects only one person.
